OK, Anti- gone-ish, is he there. Rumour has him hangin' with NEDA in hamilton. What is the word good people- man do I miss Mark wacyk's blog- he would have been on this like a cheap suit.

He is still in Vancouver as of yesterday , not sure of any destinations or this or thats all i can confirm is still on the West Coast

Yes, you are right.
He did receive an offer from Gonzaga.
Problem is, he cannot get a visa to attend school there or anywhere in the US.
He's still a Sudanese citizen, not a Canadian.
And as such, given Sudan's supposed terrorism record, Kong can't get a visa.
If he becomes a Canadian citizen, maybe his status changes...but then again, maybe not.

I think chet said it best earlier on this thread....a really sad story.
What's going on in Sudan has really nothing to do with him but it will haunt him probably
for the rest of his life and that's a damn shame.
